Submission to the review of the Holidays Act 2003

The Families Commission welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the Ministerial Advisory Group reviewing the Holidays Act 2003.

This submission addresses those aspects of the Bill that are most relevant to families, particularly where the Families Commission has information on the views of families.
